Your myntra card would have been migrated to zen/league depending on the communication they would have given to you. You can place a close request to connect with retention team with whom you can negotiate for LTF.

Yes you can try your luck. Few members have posted that they have been successful in converting their card LTF. Post your update here after talking with the retention team.
