Kotak Credit card limit Revised (decreased)

I have received a message that My Kotak Zen card limit is revised to 1.2L from 6L for no reason.
I was expecting an enhancement soon

Never a Missed a payment
Upto 15-20% usage every month.
Is there any way to retain my limit??

Even though My usage was atleast 20% every month.
They decreased limit from 6L to 1.2L.
Called customer care but they have no clue..and simply stated that as per bank policy..it was decreased and requested me to wait for few months for further update.

They're monitoring their cards portfolio with associated risks & it's business decision.

You guys should review your card portfolio like them with associated rewards.
