KOTAK CREDIT CARD LIMIT INCREASE OFFER CAME BUT IN APP SHOWING NOT ELIGIBLE (SMS, MAIL , IN APP ALERTS COMING )

Hai Guys

Recently from Past 1 Week , one of my Family person (Card used by me only) Related KOTAK CC received the CREDIT CARD LIMIT ENHANCEMENT OFFER , first Intimation came by SMS ALERT , Later Mails came , APP notifications also coming, and Still offer not Expired , Next Month (july) is Expiry
But After Pressing the Link from MAIL OR SMS Or APP it is Redirecting to KOTAK APP , and It is showing No Eligible LE offer on Your Card

can Someone Has any Solution To Solve this, Please Share your Experience
 
me also facing the same issue
After 3 years they have offered auto LE and that too from 60k to 70k.
And even that isn't working .
I don't know why they didn't offer me LE even though I spends usually are 20-30k every month
I even tried by mailing them but they told they are not accepting manual LE for self employed by ITR
Same issue with me.
Had same problem. Twitted to Kotak. Got call from social media team and they registered service request which will be completed in 3 days.

1. Do u have Kotak savings account or not
2. when You pressing link it redirects to app when Used in phone, so As suggested by TF senior member @SSV let us try by opening the link in website in laptop or computer or desktop mode , ( I tried with the Link Received through MAIL , but it Redirected to INB and didnt worked as posted above )
Then Kindly please tell me whether it is working or not ,
It is redirecting to where , --- Internet banking or any other site with OTP


please convey , Try ur Luck , and post the status

I too got LE confirmation today....for me it's "increased from Rs. 225000 to Rs. 270000" !!
Yes I do have Savings account with Kotak...but I didn't need to login. I just click on the web link sent over email & then entered the otp !!
Followed the same procedure as mentioned earlier by @SSV !!

They usually try to match limit of other cards if other cards increase then they also do so after a month or two.
Once in a while try checking the free credit score in their app.
When rbi came down on them their limit increases dried up. Else they were one of the few banks who gave often and gave good increases.
For me too they rejected saying they don’t accept itr and to use card and if theres an offer you will be notified.

My highest limit is on maex card around 4 lakh
In April my spends were around 60k
Even In March the then spends were around this
 
I was facing the same problem. After clicking the link from SMS, it took me to the Kotak app, and there it showed that there is no limit enhancement offer for you. But today I received an SMS again for limit enhancement, and this time, after clicking on the link, it asked for an OTP. And after that, a message came that the credit limit request will be processed within 4 working days. So i think issue is solved and try again
 
Those who are having the problem
Please follow below method, which Worked for me, and will work for everyone who are facing the problem like me,

1. Call customer care 18602662666 , Verify Identity by IVR, Choose credit card , listen and press other queries, call gets connected Credit card team (KEEP handy with MPIN or DC PIN or CC PIN for IVR validation )
2. They verify details, ask them whether LE offer showing in their Screen, (Sure it will show them when you received the same offer intimation)
They will tell the details how much it will increase and convey you it is free of charge , They will Ask your acceptance ORALLY
So Ask them to place LE request, They will place your call on Hold , They will place Request,
3. The request number will be received to mail and SMS as
" Dear Customer, your request for Credit Card Limit Modification will be processed by 20/06/2025; Request. no xxxxxxx2.Kotak Bank "

But it is processed on the same day i.e today for me with in 5 hours. Again Received mail and SMS that SR was Resolved.
Checked limit in APP and It was changed


Method 2 (based on you luck ) (use method 1 )
If you wait some time or days , you will receive Links to mail and sms , out of which some reditect to APP OR INB which dont work, BUT
If You have Good Luck , u Will receive Some link which will Redirect to 2FA Special page which need to authenticated by OTP , Request will be processed in 3 days .

The offer is now available in the APP for me.. which means the offer will be available in the app after about a week you received the email…
