Did you guys submitted your aadhar and your personal details to submit request for removal of freeze from your account. If yes, then you should contact customer support and they probably suggest to do a address verification. If no, then visit your nearest branch request them remove your account from freeze. Next they'll arrange an agent for address verification. In case like mine i no longer live at my communication address. Then i request for address verification letter. I don't know what they call this letter. After receiving that letter then visit your nearest branch and submit that letter. In my case they were forcing me to close my account. But i said no, i want to use this account if you require any documents, I'm ready to provide you. Then he asked me for 6 month statement where I did the transaction. I sent him a pdf. Then, he submitted my request saying ki your account will not be removed from freeze. Then after a week boom, I recieved a mail and message that my account is no longer on freeze. It took me a month but finally they removed freeze. I hope this helps.
