Bro i also faced this a while. I visited my Home branch and they refused to unfreeze my account. And the behaviour of their was very rude. So what i did is i changed my Branch. And i requested them to unfreeze My account by doing a address verification. But address verification was not possible at my location. So they dispatch a letter to my address. I took the letter and i submitted it to branch. First they told me that you'll have to close your account. But i forced them to approve the address verification. And after few weeks my account was unfreeze. I also submitted my bank statement. Reason for freeze was multiple irregular transactions.
