kotak gyftr support is useless, I registered my complaint on 5th August and today is 25th and they are still asking me for another 48 hours since the last 20 days, It turned out I wasn't the only one who got already used steam vouncher and they have delisted steam wallet codes from their site, I have filled a dispute on kotak's side but no reply as of now, what are my options now? atleast I got 5% cashback for it /s

Merchants are
WWW AMAZON IN (eligible)
AMAZON PAY INDIA PRIVATE(not eligible)
But otp page AMAZON PAY for both

In the home page you will see this diamond icon in the app...click it and it shows up. I added the money to APAY wallet and cashback din't show up, but for freecharge it worked, I am hoping it will be credited, unless some special terms and they will revert it.

For me it's shows 167 ₹. But I have not done any transaction through dc in this month. Onle total 250₹ upi payments are done. Than how it is working?

Don't rely on that, it's not accurate.

Rewards for upi payments i believe…or may be data is wrong…will have to wait and see
