kotak gyftr support is useless, I registered my complaint on 5th August and today is 25th and they are still asking me for another 48 hours since the last 20 days, It turned out I wasn't the only one who got already used steam vouncher and they have delisted steam wallet codes from their site, I have filled a dispute on kotak's side but no reply as of now, what are my options now? atleast I got 5% cashback for it /s

nothing will happen here Kotak is having worst customer service.
