Luckily I had multiple credits to my account, maybe that's why I got full. If the others say the same.

Did you add ₹9,500 to your account and make a transaction of ₹10,000, in which ₹500 was the cashback amount? If yes, then I have also received only ₹495 cashback. I think Lotak is providing cashback based on the credited amount.

are you referring to savesage? If not, does Savesage based CC bills repayment still give 5% cashback? or is there any other alternate option to get rewards on CC bills repayment? Pls suggest thanks!
