Manually Calculated for july it was 500+ don't know why got less. May be they added same amount In August that' why showing extra in August 😅 bt that 5k entry was before 25th July

Yup I would have to say the same. Spent a little over 10k last month in 14 txns, but received only 487. Its actually impossible for me to get 487 since no single txn or any combination of txns will remove 13 inr worth of cashback.

So after calculating manual again. Got Cashback only for 1 entry tht was 5k+ , all other small entry not counted. Nearly 10-15 entries offline + online. they forgot to add . 190+ cashback missing

Did you add ₹9,500 to your account and make a transaction of ₹10,000, in which ₹500 was the cashback amount? If yes, then I have also received only ₹495 cashback. I think Lotak is providing cashback based on the credited amount.

Backend ne hag diya then, @cool_jazz @CarbonLogic kitna add money kiya tha july month mai?

Luckily I had multiple credits to my account, maybe that's why I got full. If the others say the same.

Then people should credit ₹10K

How much money did you add? Check the credit amount in your statement from 1st July to 31st July.

EliteUser ko Level 1 se mail mai reply toh aaya tha bhai ki debit or credit hona chahiye aesa karke. Mai khud confused tha ki yeh debit or credit dono kyu keh rhe hai.

T&C mai koi changes nhi hai, I matched everything from old date T&C.

Chaho toh ek copy banalo aaj ki T&C ki, if they edit toh kaam aayegi waise mere pass hai.

Opening balance for July was 8.5k then loaded 5k for the monthly thing. Total withdrawal 10k (card txns, thats all Im using this account for only Card txns)
So I dont think its because of the credit thingy otherwise I would have received only 250 CB

I am attaching a screenshot of my July txns, no sensitive data, feel free to scrutinize it. It is IMPOSSIBLE to receive 487 CB even if 1 or more than 1 txns are ineligible.

Yeah, as per @Strange it should've been ₹250.
