I want to open a Kotak 811 Super account, but the nearest branch is around 41 km away from my current location.

Also, the address on my Aadhaar card is about 150 km away from where I currently live. But I do have valid address proof of my current address in the form of Voter ID card.

I contacted Kotak customer care, and they informed me that since I already hold a Kotak Myntra Credit Card, I need to visit the nearest branch to open the 811 Super account.

Given these circumstances, could you please guide me on how I can open a Kotak 811 Super account without physically visiting branch?

I didn't receive my cb for unipay payment on January the 5th and did a RBIO complaint regarding it 2 days ago.
I have just received a call and the representative seemed really pissed and told me that they will provide me with the cashback as exception but no compensation, and say that these terms were changed on January 1st.
As far as I remember, the t&c were updated on their website in the mid of January.
So what should I do?
Is there any proof available with anyone regarding above?

i fougt with them for months regarding a different issue with kotak credit card, useless customer care bro, even wrote to nodal officer and above, no use. Just take cashback and move on. don't waste time on this useless lotak benk
