I didn't find any updates regarding the Metal card in app until i activated it. Even no update regarding application or anything. Just got an email saying welcome kit if dispatched. Also, the virtual dc was active from the beginning.


Also, after almost 3 weeks of account opening and redeeming both vouchers, I got the voucher codes in email.



I got for P2P transactions ig. I didn't do any merchant transactions till then.

I got the 250 voucher pretty soon (almost 3 days after funding). Hopefully will get the 1000 one too after doing some transaction (not done yet). But what is with the 3 weeks thing? Didn't u get voucher codes instantly on redemption?

So, I got SMS from kotak for both 1k and 250 within a week itself. I redeemed them on the same day.
Now, sometime during last week, I got the same sms as email from kotak, saying that I have won 250 and 1k voucher. It was just a repetition of the sms.

What was the account name mentioned in SMS or Declaration ?

Got the account open today , But neither in the SMS or Declaration 811 Super is mentioned . Only normal 811 is mentioned. And in declaration 811 Signature Card is mentioned.
