I tried visiting the bank to create the account offline and after all the details I am getting ncfm check failed error. branch people doesn't have any idea. any one knows why this caused

I had a word with kotak representative and they told me that when they issue metal card, an annual fee of 399 is charged, while in Normal kotak 811, only 299 is charged as service fee.
Did u also paid the same?

The charge is not based on what card you get. 399 is for 811 Super, it was 299 previously.
