I have been unable to use the Kiwi app for the past 40 days, so I tried updating my mobile number. Kiwi requested a duly filled form and KYC documents, which I sent twice to their Chennai office. The first time, I didn’t include my PAN card. The second time, I sent three signed forms, a color copy of my PAN card, and my Aadhaar card.
However, they keep rejecting the request, citing a "signature mismatch" even though my signature matches. Despite multiple follow-ups via email to Kiwi customer service, Yes Bank customer service, and grievance channels, there has been no update regarding the mobile number and Gmail ID update in the Kiwi app.
