Revaluation Kiwi Yes Bank Credit Cards (Rupay - UPI) Rolling out

I have been unable to use the Kiwi app for the past 40 days, so I tried updating my mobile number. Kiwi requested a duly filled form and KYC documents, which I sent twice to their Chennai office. The first time, I didn’t include my PAN card. The second time, I sent three signed forms, a color copy of my PAN card, and my Aadhaar card.

However, they keep rejecting the request, citing a "signature mismatch" even though my signature matches. Despite multiple follow-ups via email to Kiwi customer service, Yes Bank customer service, and grievance channels, there has been no update regarding the mobile number and Gmail ID update in the Kiwi app.
signature on PAN are distorted...exact signature will never match...In banking system, they match flow not exact signature...signature may vary slightly everytime.

Bhai ab kya kre 40 din ho chuke hai.
Kitne baar mail karne par correct resolution de nahi rahe.nahi purana wala number se bhi use kar sakta hu q ke account deleted bata raha hai.
Yes bank pno 2 din time manga tha ab o bhi pure ho chuke hai.

I did. Bro this time I said "This is my final reminder. I am giving YES BANK a strict deadline till Monday, May 26, 2025, 12:00 PM to resolve the issue and update my mobile number and email. If this matter is not resolved by then, I will be compelled to file an official complaint with the RBI Ombudsman, regardless of any further actions you take post that deadline"
Let's see what they'll do...!!!
 
After 15 days now card is properly showing in the kiwi app and I'm able to link the card successfully.
I am getting error already reported to kiwi support & twitter team till now no updates except kiwi app able to link every upi app like cred, paytm rupay upi, samsung pay section.

Anyone passed through kindly suggest how to overcome.

As per yes bank mention issue from kiwi side,

Even card able to link every upi app like paytm, cred everywhere working even transaction happening from upi mode ,

except kiwi their own app till now no resolution from kiwi side already ticket raised & twitter as well.
