When I first opened the account in HDFC, they gave me PLATINUM PREFERRED. I upgraded that card into Millennium in 2020. Other than account forgotten password regeneration, I never used it. But now I will, thanks to @HumorSimpson 😄.

You can load any wallet like payzap or amazon for 200rs and see if you get any reward points in the hdfc app's debit card rewards section.

plain and no nonsense CB. Long back I had some platinum DC which used to give 1% upto 750. Right now I have millenia dc.
