Jupiter edge+ amazon pay gift voucher 1% cashback recieved

Asspl banglore kain this is what showing as merchant name . I purchased directly from Amazon . Before this I was getting amazon as merchant. What happened ?
Note - I have purchased amazon pay gift voucher 4 times before today this was my last 1000 rupees gift voucher. Now I have purchased total of 5000 rupees apay gift voucher this month. This last purchase of 1000 showed different merchant name

Which customer care? Amazon customer care or Jupiter Edge+ CSB customer care? I thought if Amazon changed the MCC or payment gateway then also the card would stop giving 10%.

The Jupiter customer care. It was an issue from Jupiter's side because many people reported issue with the flipkart gift vard also. Looks like Jupiter's system has categorized gift card purchases into the 1% category.

Yes same here. In my case, I beleive either the credit limit reached or last bill payment is declined but app not showing properly. Will wait 24 hrs and later escalate to jupiter for support

Happened with me same. I tried with different Amazon account and it worked.

Yes! Under saved cards list it shows now as 'CSB Bank CC'. Had to enter details each time manually for first few orders.

You're right. After deleting existing saved cc details in Flipkart app, able to order for fk gv without issues .

1. Can one directly add amazon pay balance or have to buy only gift card.

2. Can payment be made through upi or via credit card route only
