Most likely NO in my case, either I will be in Hyderabad or in Sydney...Don’t you think it’s a big gamble? Like, what if someday you move to a new city for work or whatever, and suddenly Jio’s network there is trash, then you’ll have to port to the other one… Chortel 😏. I keep overthinking these things.
No..Same with CIBIL subscriptions, stacking them up for 5+ years is literally the dumbest move. One fine morning the govt. might just roll out some new rule saying banks and FIs should follow a new govt. backed credit bureau instead of TransUnion CIBIL (because this issue has been raised earlier in the parliament before the FM), and poof, all that subscription money down the drain. Plus, we already get enough free refreshes anyway.
It is not govt that takes calls in this case, it is the banks that take these calls.. even now very few banks folkow experian / other bureaus...
And also it is not about who follows whom..it is about what was reported to the bureaus and cibil currently implements most accurate and regularly updated bureau... nad our job is to find out what is being reported to the bureaus and rectify it asap if something is wrong...
