Is there a way to apply for BOB credit cards without Income Proof?
I want to apply for Snapdeal Credit card, mainly because of its 2.5% cashback on groceries and departmental stores. But during the application it asks for Income documents. i dont have to RN, i am too lazy to get them. is there a way i can apply for this card without income documents?

My eterna credit card application experience:-

Tried to do C2C with Branch agent, they refused to do C2C for eterna but were ready to do it for easy,select & premier card.

So applied online on 1st April 2024. Except Eterna, all three cards ( Easy, Select & Premier ) shown as LTF. But I still chose paid Eterna as I can fulfill criteria of getting joining fees reversed & annual fees too. Will try for LTF too because of my NRV with bank.

Back to application process, selected salaried. Filled personal & professional details. State government officer at Chhattisgarh secretariat.

There was option to select option if you have saving account with Bob, I selected No. Then it showed option to enter other bank credit card details & limit. I mentioned my Axis Atlas with 10 L limit.

Then esigned application. Uploaded my photo, PAN, Adhar.
In income documents option, I uploaded Axis Atlas one month statement. Make one pdf containing credit card statement, front & back of credit card ( mask CVV ).


After this , No Vkyc. Just got application number.

Sent them mail for Vkyc link on same day, got reply on 2nd April evening that it's completed & asked me to wait for update.

On 3rd April got call from verification agent, he visited my home & office. He was nice & polite. Took selfie with me in home to upload in tab. Took picture of home building & office building from outside. Always try to crosscheck details filled by agent in tab. In hurry they can do mistakes.

Today 5th April evening, got message that card is approved & will dispatch shortly. Checked tracker, it's also showing approved now.

That's story so far. Will add details about card limit & other things after delivery. 😊

Short answer no. 🤭

Applying for BOB cards is like playing Russian Roulette. Even if they initially ask for only the card statement during the application, later they'll email you and request every document. 🤭 So, if you're not ready to share your income documents, it's better to skip their cards. 😁

But Bhagwan Bharose. can't be said the same for others. My most of the cards are approved without any income proof.

Try applying based on C2C if they allow. if it worked then well and good else the downside is just a single CIBIL hit.

For salaried and new to bank customers they'll give with card to card without any income proof. You'll have to share other card photo hiding cvv and statement and there will be home and office verification

Bhai pata nahi aur abhi toh yaad bhi nahi a raha hai, mein frustration mein apply kiya tha Eterna last year Oct because mere pass koi unlimited lounge wali card nahi tha but waise abhi bas BoB specific offers ke liye rakh diya hai
Eterna ka plus point hai ki instant discount aur 3.75% as points dono apply ho jatein hain

My office condition is we have to inform them 1st before these kinda people arrival. Last year hdfc man arrived almost at closing hours of my office, where we are in serious meeting🙄 without any prior phone call. So just to be cautious

I mailed BOB CARDS customer care & asked them to retract or cancel my application, & they replied asking for reason. So I replied back: no matter how many documents i sent you it’s not enough, you keep on asking for documents, so i’m done with this nonsense & I’ll never comeback to get a BOB card again. Yet to receive their reply.
