I have ICICI APay, HDFC Millenia card and planning to take Axis flipkart LTF.

If we spend 23K on SBI cashback then we can recover fee of 1180 Rs. post that will get profit.

Instead better to use above LTF cards.

I got MyZone during same offer. Have saving account with them. And doing transactions as well. So they will approve. + good salary and CIBIL.
I too got my first Axis Myzone LTF card, looking for Axis Flipkart as LTF if paid Ace not available for me. I don't have Axis bank account but good cibil. Let's see if there will be any LTF offer for Flipkart and if Axis willing to give another LTF to me when that offer comes.

Yes, I spoke last time with Axis credit card representative, she said Axis runs LTF offers on Feb, March.

But they have already did the same in September and December for MyZone and Indian oil cards.

Hope flipkart offer will be there.

Else I will go with salary account opening option.

After lots of thinking, I am not going to buy SBI cashback card. Card fee is 1180 Rs. including GST.
Online purchase: If I spend 23500 Rs. Post that profit starts. My online spend pattern is Amazon, flipkar, Myntra and MyJio which spending is covered by ICIC APay LTF and HDFC Millennia LTF, Axis MyZone for AJIO and Axis Flipkart.

Offline spend: Axis flipkart LTF with 1.5% cashback, so SBI no use.
Utility bill payment: ICIC APay with 2% cashback and Axis airtel Paid with 10% cashback (Max. 300 still best).

Change my mind 😜

If your online spend is greater than 23.5k after using Airtel, well your are always in profit. Apay can't compete with more than 5% (using gift vouchers) cashback here.
Plus it is fyf, use and see if it suits you 😀
Edit: not affiliated to sbi 😝
