You can enable ddpi with zerodha. I have done it for myself and my family. Look it up. There is a charge though.

It's their headache to debit the money. Relax and wait for tomorrow's listing.

One time a strange thing happened with me.

Got allotted with JSW infra last year. The money never debited my account. I even sold 5% shares on day 1.

3 months later, got a call from my home branch, alerting of a misunderstanding, and someone else's money was debited instead of my account

Happened to me for the first time.

Then I helped them correct it and was sorted
