International ECom on PNB Select Rupay Debit Card

I am having a hard time trying to get an authorization on my PNB Select Debit card for an international txn.
PNBOne shows international ecom is enabled and I have given sufficient limit on ecom txn (no separate space for international).
Anything else I could be missing?

Every international site does not accept rupay cards

I am trying to use it on prioritypass to authorize $1 for creating an account.
It was an ordeal to do this for the PNB Select Credit Card but at least I used to get a SMS for every failure.
For the debit card, it is a complete black box.

Just curious, if anybody else was able to use a PNB debit card for international ecom access without doing anything special?
Also, what would be a good place to test? Filling in the details on priority pass website is not a lot of fun 🙁
