Interest Rate - IDFC First Bank Running A Scam

After VKYC, account will open. Within two days you get debit card and check book. Nobody ask anything. I shifted from ICICI to IDFC. It is good for IPO. gives time upto 3:30 in HNI category.

Okay, i got the cheque book and debit card as well. Now I'm targeting for their idfc private. But my rm is not good, i have contacted that i need call back from rm but no one calls, what should i do?
Also any idea if they still providing tab with idfc private kit?

For idfc private, talk with BM directly. No need to get RM involved.

I opened wealth account with IDFC First Bank recently with IF of 12lac

As per their mobile app, my average monthly balance was 10.72lac,

They credited interest of Rs 3735, and as per their different slabs as per screenshot expected interest should be Rs 4851.67

The difference is Rs 1117, they took 2 days already, but not given any interest breakup or any calculation so far,

he wrongly referred to an old interest rates pdf from idfc website instead of the current interest rates.
