Infinia points 15K/ month or billing cycle

Hi,
I see in my monthly bill for last 2 months I'm given more than 15K points. Just not sure if it's monthly level or billingcycle.
Can someone clarify if I'm missing something.

15K Bonus points are for a Calendar month.
