Infinia Infinia card upgrade - Income elegibility

I currently have Regalia Gold and tried upgrading to Infinia. I have 15L credit limit and in the past 6 months have spends more than 10L. However now HDFC RM is saying that HDFC has revised its guidelines and they will not process upgrade as my income is less than 5L per month.

Need to understand if this is a new hard requirement or is RM and BM bluffing about this?. Any ways to bypass it.? Any HDFC RM who can help me out here??

Kindly ask the A HOLE to screw himself, approach PNO directly, try your luck, there is no concept of income when you already meet income criteria.

Yes w e f last month we need 60l ITR for infinia upgrade its just 2 days they upgrade if eligible

I checked with another branch RM today. He also confirmed that they can't process will salary less than 5L. Also he mentioned HDFC is not having plans to give auto upgrade to Infinia any further. (Soon we will have infinia bharat). The only route is through RLV-TRV is ITR is less than 60L it seems. Not sure on how for this is true. But really frustrated with HDFC.

The only reason i was having my salary account banking relationship with HDFC was targeting Infinia. With that not happening, I think it is time to switch over to ICICI or HSBC..

A little unclear. Do you need just 25 lakhs in a savings account or a RLV/ TRV 1 or 2.5 crores as well in case you don’t qualify on income?

It's 2025, and people are not clear about Infinia card upgrade eligibility yet, smh

HDFC Bank is being a drama queen when it comes to Infinia. All the extreme demands and unclear eligibility criteria itself is making the card overrated for what it is offering. In fact all HDFC cards are overrated now.
