Is the ITC 1:1 buffet offer available on add-on cards as well, or only on the primary card?

I don't think so because when you call concierge, they always ask for Primary card number.

From the official HDFC website (source here), one can traverse to the T&C page.

And as per Serial No 14 of the T&C of the offer (source here), "Offer applicable only if primary cardholder is one of guest who will dine at restaurant."

So, it means that the offer is applicable only if the primary card holder is also present for the buffet.
