IndusInd Pioneer account opening, need help

I wanted to open a pioneer account and asked my branch to open one for me but they insisted me on opening an account with a funding of Rs1,00,000 and then further they will upgrade it with my son's minor account as well


As I had first opened my son's minor account, therefore they were unable to open it online and went through the physical way and took a cheque of Rs1,00,000 from my current account, the next day the account was debited but after a few days as the account was not opened, I contacted my branch and they told me that they stopped accepting current account cheques and my amount will be refunded, it has been more than 10days and the amount has not been refunded, please suggest me to what I should do in this situation.



Also please let me know if you know anyone who can help me open a pioneer savings account directly without any bullshit or if I can open it online with the funding method of Rs90,000 (I don't have any pioneer branches near me)

I am from Mumbai, bht currently at Kaushambhi for work related at my relatives, let me know if you could share, need a sensible RM to talk to, even the support is helpless and telling me to reach out my branch
 
Don't open indus account man, the new app is useless for statements & all and not even opening for me since 10-15 days, keeps giving error that your phone is rooted even though it's not. Called them, checked with RM, mailed them but no solution to it. Just the template reply and then in 2 3 days they themselves decided and send a mail that the issue is resolved. I have a current account and it's a lifeline for my business so instantly moved to ICICI and made the account collection account only due to this. Will close the savings account also soon once I get free to visit the branch and give my very very positive feedback to them.
