I have recently got my Legend card upgraded to Pinnacle based on Grande account, to Avoid The 5k Fees on card I need to spend 50k in 3 Months on the card, what avenues should I use to do these spends with 0 or minimal charges.

Any GV buy and sell or Any other places please suggest.

Actually it has two options (rent payment/utility payment) what should i choose?

Choose utility but don't do whole 50k thru 1 way. Do some smaller txns also for namesake like in grocery stores or Zomato Amazon way etc. And after completing 50k spends, mail them also to double confirm about Ltf and no joining fee deduction mentioning 50k spends criteria.
