IndusInd INDIE: How to get Error 27 resolved?

I have been stuck with Error 27: Mismatch found between Aadhar and PAN Details on the IndusInd INDIE app for months. I have written to customer care, spoken with customer support and even emailed them multiple times. They all tell me that its a known issue and is being fixed. The branch people do not have any clue on the INDIE account or app. How can I get the issue resolved?

Any help will be appreciated.

Lucky you. As I mentioned before, I have already spoken with customer care month back. They even gave me a complaint number for reference. Nothing has happened till date. I am still stuck with the error 🙁

You have to do aadhar seeding. It got resolved for me after adhar seeding.

Use this link Aadhar linking. Even if shows aadhar already linked, do it again. For me they raised the request from branch since I am having an indusind account also.

While opening my indie app it shows

Is there any way to adress this particular type of query
I haven't enabled developer opinions nor installed any new app recently
