IndusInd INDIE: How to get Error 27 resolved?

I have been stuck with Error 27: Mismatch found between Aadhar and PAN Details on the IndusInd INDIE app for months. I have written to customer care, spoken with customer support and even emailed them multiple times. They all tell me that its a known issue and is being fixed. The branch people do not have any clue on the INDIE account or app. How can I get the issue resolved?

Any help will be appreciated.

Lucky you. As I mentioned before, I have already spoken with customer care month back. They even gave me a complaint number for reference. Nothing has happened till date. I am still stuck with the error 🙁

You have to do aadhar seeding. It got resolved for me after adhar seeding.

Use this link Aadhar linking. Even if shows aadhar already linked, do it again. For me they raised the request from branch since I am having an indusind account also.

This is absolute nonsense of the highest order from Indie developers. The Screen Reader in question is Google TalkBack that is part of the Android OS itself. If Indie developers don't trust the OS itself, then the 10 failed ignorant lot lot should be sacked entirely. Screen Readers are used by blind and low vision people to access their phones. All apps are supposed to be compatible with Screen Readers. The clowns at Indie haven't reached the 21st century yet. Absolute waste of space on earth!
I am one of those screen readers. Because of this stupid pop-up that cannot be skipped, I am unable to access my account. Effectively locked out of my account. I can move all the money through UPI, but I have some deposits in there that cannot be accessed in any which way.

Idk abt you but I haven't enabled TalkBack feature nor used Google voice assistant till today in this mobile, But I understand your concern being in the same boat ,now when I open the app it just loads indusind pop-up multiple times(like some sort of dvd logo) and doesn't let me to my account
