Indusind Exclusive account as 0mab linking with pinnacle credit card for new customers

Though IndusInd Bank won't charge you for ATM withdrawal outside India. Check with the bank from which you gonna withdraw, they may charge for the withdrawal in some cases

Just came from the branch.
They denied to upgrade the Indie account (linked with Pinaccle) to upgrade to a normal Exclusive account.

Some monthly numbers are there for exclusive account openings once it’s over they say like that
Other option visit another branch they can upgrade

Today I was trying to do a transaction with Pinnacle cc, but my transaction declined, while in online transaction is enabled with sufficient amount. Below is the message

Dear Customer, Txn on IndusInd Bank Credit Card no. xx0335 for INR 4.80 on 18-07-202501:41:06 AM at www amazon in is Declined, due to our internal policy norms. -IndusInd Bank


When I connect with customer care ( long waiting and multiple calls) they told it is declined due to internal policy which they can't disclose, but I will be able to use my card from 1 August.

Anyone facing same issue

Actually there is nothing special at all in IndusInd.
The benefit of Exclusive is Zero forex, which I already have in Indie because of MegaStar Benefits. If I wish to do FD, I get same interest rates, hence I actually dont see a reason shifting to exclusive.
Indie is far more easier to operate and no RM tension.
