Hi, my credit card was issued last year and since then I've used my credit card every month and have paid all bills on time. However my IndusInd card doesn't appear in CIBIL report at all.
I've contacted my RM on phone, contacted Pioneer banking on email, and later contacted PNO on email as well. For each contact point I waited for at least a month.
The issue hasn't been resolved.
Shall I complain to RBI Ombudsman and seek compensation as well?
