Indusind Card net banking unable to login Security access denied error

From last Wednesday i can see alerts message after entering log in ID password it says security access denied error in indusnet portal in pc.

but works fine in mobile till now indusind care not able to figure out where is the issue it's been 3 days issue not resolved.



Anyone experienced same kindly help me out already reported indusind care team.

I too faced same when I have been login through Linux os... chrome, but later I was able to log in by answering security questions.
