Indusind Bank Avios Credit Card Transaction declined for rental payment

IndusInd Bank is declining my transaction for rental payment using credit card. It says transaction declined, due to our internal policy norms. -IndusInd Bank.

I spoke to CS; even they aren't well-informed. They said I will only be able to perform rental, wallet load, education, and similar transactions after 6 months of issuance. I have another Indusind card over 1 year old; even that doesn't allow rental and other similar transactions. Another CS told me that maybe from 1 Sept they might allow.

banks can limit transactions based on security assessment to allow or not. u can do normal shopping etc. and if that doesnt go through, u can complain. Otherwise either have to complain for not allowing rental and wallet or close it, no other option from our side.
