Hi, it's been more than 3 weeks since I applied for Eazydiner add on card for my wife and Mom.. but there is no update yet. Can you please suggest where do I escalate? Already tweeted, no reply. Sent email to priority care, no reply.. please help

For me it took around 7 days for approval. You can check the application status on website.

Did you complete e-kyc using aadhar OTP and downloaded the application form?

If they didn't deliver card within a week then email head.cardservices@indusind.com to solve your problem.
