Indie account debir freezed

Finally the freeze was removed today. The RM had to follow up multiple times.

atleast u had rm I didn't even have a rm bro but glad to see that it was unfreezed and sorry for the late reply lol(pretty late fr)

for me it's cuz huge amount of inflow and outflow had taken place
I had paid my uni fees but some fraud algorithm clicked in and they blocked my account, it should have been done in 5 days but them being them they delayed it for weeks.

I had given them the necessary proofs but the manager is the one who needs to be fast if he's fast you'll get it back early..

But don't worry if they're not helping well or delaying file a complaint on indusind site and also with indie customer care(useless customer care and staff lol) these guys are all talk, and no work will be honest with you on that part
