IDFC Wealth privileges change?

I am seeing that instead of 5000 spends its written as Ensure monthly Credit Card spends and enjoy privileges. where as it is clearly mentioned as 5000 for select card. What is meant my monthly spend?
Also I am not seeing railways lounge benefit which I suppose earlier was there.

Do they check if we put 3.5 L as monthly salary..I have axis card with 6 L limit

Don’t think they check salary. Because I put 1.5 L salary but I put SC Ultimate with 8L limit.

Does Dreamfolks on wealth card provide guest access? I thought only addon card members could use lounge access on shared limit with primary but no guest access

Dreamfolks only to be used for spa, whereas wealth card has all the airport and railway lounges Along with guest

So with wealth primary cc, can 2 family members access lounge without them having addon cards? Don't see this mentioned in the site anywhere

No no. Guest access not there. If you have addon, then that is allowed under the total 4 ka limit.

I have personally used the card at airport and railway lounges with a single card I took total 3 people inside via QR

For international you need to have a physical card with you and yes addon cards get international lounge access too but again limit is shared
