IDFC Wealth Account Program - E-Mail reminder about TRV

They consider your Primary Account balance under family banking. So, try to maintain the most in your primary account and enjoy other accounts at 0 MAB.
Ok but still confused , as per bank rules have to maintain 40L for 4 account or 10L is enough for all 4 linked account without any warning mails
 
I have 3 accounts in family, all wealth.
They keep crying when asked to make it a family account.
so ideally i think they want us to maintain 10L each which is kinda absurd.
 
If you have a family grouping created for yourself and have added other family members in that family grouping then you have to maintain required TRV at family level not at individual account level
 
You cannot believe RMs
Either you can check if you have received mail from IDFC with subject line "IDFC First Bank Relationship Banking | Member Addition Update" or similar then also this confirms a family grouping.
I received these mails for the addition of each and every group member in the family grouping..
Otherwise talk to RM and send a mail to customer care as well for the confirmation..
 
There's nothing wrong with that, even though no other banks show you your family banking history, AFAIK. They are confirming you via email that too in writing, what more do you need?
We cannot search everything in email and all profiles should reflect in NetBanking. Is it confidential to hide and don't understand. They are avoiding it intentionally to cheat by opening individual wealth accounts

Only your RM or BM can process this, and if you're aware of the rules, they won’t insist on opening separate Wealth accounts for each member. I’ve opened multiple IDFC accounts and helped others too. If you ever face such issues, simply take the agent or BM’s details and raise a formal complaint with IDFC customer care, the same person will end up assisting you properly at your doorstep.


Family Banking means only one member maintains the relationship, and the benefits are extended to all linked members.
