IDFC Firstap - The Mini DC

Hi Team,
I'm one of those guys who hate to take the wallet/ Phone everywhere and was looking for a sticker based DC which i can stick to my key chain. Got info on the firstap thing by IDFCFB. Applied and bought it.
Looks great and works great, Stuck to my Keyfob. Only thing is that it is a bit hard to make the shops believe that it is not sorcery.

Hey I have Just opened my idfc bank account got my visa debit card activated on bank app after one day and tried to apply first tap sticker via app request has been generated how soon it'll get activated any idea?? And how to earn 2k reward point for VISA platinum debit card of 1000rs spend any tricks will it work on phonepe Bill payment??

How to identify a safe spot so as not to damage nfc antenna?
If anyone has old or expiring card can you disect it to find and post some pics?

Did it via a hole punch machine just after seeing your post. Don’t see any chip residue in the removed piece or in the corners of the hole so this should be a good place to do it.

So no visible antenna lines in grey colour on the inside edges? Just white plastic. Thank you

I paid CC bills in March and April using Firsttap DC on freech, I see some points for March but nothing for April payments! Have they killed the rewards?

I got rewards for freech in March, then I used it in Apr and May for billdesk, tax at CBDT, freech, NPS but got no rewards!

Wait for 45 working days and if rewards still doesn’t come, then file a complaint with IDFC

It seems there is a glitch on rewards portal. They are migrating to a new one and one can redeem via the app. The updated points are also shown on the app. They claim it takes 14 working days for points to be available for redemption. However, my points earned even over a month ago are not available to redeem and I have logged a ticket.

I got visa debit card, but I did not activate it. After some days my account upgraded to idfc private and I got private debit card. Is there any way to get rp for both the debit cards?

So I'm a novice with idfc. I opened a normal sa account with idfc and I got visa debit card. I forgot to activate it and obviously didn't use it. Now my account upgraded to private and I received private DC so did I miss a chance of Welcome benefits on the previous visa debit card?

No. Double dip Welcome benefits was patched long ago. You get only once per bank account.

better use private dc first. i am not sure about min purchase etc.

I see reward section says I have 400 points but it doesn't show me log where did I earn those points. For credit card it days 100 points again no activity log for that as well. Android app galaxy s24
