IDFC first vs RBL for parking large amount in SA

I shortlisted two banks for parking high amount in sa, both as of now giving interests on savings account on monthly basis.
Idfc has a better and clear slab but rbl has an advantage of more security as it's a bigger bank.
What are all your inputs on rest of benefits like debit and credit card. Also which one wins here?

Generally speaking IDFC > RBL in my view..
