If bill is more than 1 lakh.
It means its useless. As rupay card comes with 1 lakh limit

Money deducted but not BBPS payment to card failed .. now need to wait for refund

I think one get billpay from Payment Gateway companies, who have sales folks who are on targets and incentives. Now go figure what can happen

Agree why this app has requirement of full amount payment in one shot .. something looks fishy .. why is it not allowing payment in parts
