Are we still getting RPs on cc payments on Zavo using IDFC firstapp? I made 2 payments but didn't receive any RPs

For every account variant only one time reward applicable either on Visa or RuPay.

No, but you can enable the feature by paying 199+GST per year to get a digital rupay card linked to your existing card.

If you have Bill >2L you can pay using Good score app. Or Else you can use save sage app I think but there will be charges.

I have paid axis credit card bill payment via zavo app on 13-06-2025. Got confirmation in zavo app that bill payment is successful but till today it is not credited to my card.
Please suggest. I am not able to connect them via phone as it disconnects automatically. Please help
