Yesterday , I made 2 HDFC CC payments on Zavo + IDFC RuPay DC and the transaction was successful. Got SMS from HDFC too.
RPs also instantly credited in IDFC!

I use Zavo and used to use Savesage (not working apparently).
My suggestion would be to contact the customer care and ask for the MCC for that transaction and ask whether that is eligible. If the MCC is still that of utility, then you need not worry. The points will be credited sooner or later. Even if not you can manually ask for the same. Had happened with me. MCC will confirm the eligibility.

Yeah, MCC should be the same, will ask though thanks. I have to think to not outreach the limit including this txn which not fetched RPs

Temporary issue mostly. Have happened in the past many times. Wait for few minutes-hours. And do update us

Just did a txn of 4900 from Zavo through ID_FC Firs_tT_ap, didn't got points again.. 🙁

What's happening, don't understand.. should I wait to do other txns..

Does any one have idea about GoodScore, that do we need to purchase the subscription to make the payment successful

Last two payments total of ~5L are in Pending state, while printing receipt it shows Payment Failed as status.

Anyone got any points through GoodScore this month.
