912 reward points from my coral rupay credit card have disappeared suddenly for no reason. In my redemption history there is no update (I had made only one redemption in December 2024) however total reward points accumulated since the card activation has been reduced by 912 points as well.
As a first step I called the customer care and naturally they have no clue. They can't even tell if any points were deducted because total reward points have reduced as well, they see the same thing as me. Have sent a complaint over email and twitter, awaiting their response.
Card is around 1.5 years old hence no question of points expiry. Around 1600 points were redeemed in December so the rest 1600 something points were accumulated after that period only so these are only 5-6 months old points at maximum.
I was waiting for 1596 points to redeem 399 prime voucher, I had 1608 points after last statement but now I have 696 only. If the customer support didn't give justification I will do a ombudsman complaint.
