ICICI has recently downgraded the Salary Criteria for Sapphiro LTF & Rubyx LTF

New Update: Yesterday I got to know from my RM

Rubyx - 75000 per month Salary
Sapphiro - 1.5L per month Salary

This is now the base eligibility criteria for getting dcb

Do you know the LTF criteria for DCB Metal and Regalia Gold? Assuming the individual has a salary account with HDFC

LTF Criteria of DCBM is you need to be from A grade college only.

For Regalia Gold, i don't know as I had it LTF but till now not known how it went LTF.

Personal observation:
Not all RMs, Not all Customer Executives of any bank doesn't not have same knowledge about the product.

You have to take time and find that one person who can do the job you wanted.

If you ask a question, then answer from A and answer from B won't be same. Because the level of information A has not same level with B, and you always try to connect that person and fulfil your job.

I have seen atleast 6+ from my contact list, and many more in this community got LTF cards just by trying through support (either mail, twitter, call) without having any relationship...

I actually read that as you mentioned something along the lines previously as well and then I read another post that this is true for those who have a salary account with the bank. In my case that is not the case but I can still try sending a message on X. It won't harm. Although I don't think they would have any way to proceed as they won't have any information in their system about me so most likely they will redirect me to branch - an option I have tried earlier (last year) and the insistence was not as much on salary as it was on salary account which is just not possible as my company does not has a tie up with them.

i still dont have any kind of banking relationship with them..

i got apay first then others. which eventually closed due to no use or better upgrade (i can keep it but didnt).

Following your advice I have reached out to them on X asking for a call politely while maintaining confidence that I am eligible and that I can furnish all sorts of criteria details from payslips to credit score and existing credit limit. They were quick to reply that I can expect a call from them. Lets see how that goes. I don't think I have mentioned I don't have a banking relation with them although I have mentioned the expectation of a lifetime free card already lol
