ICICI emerald pvt supplementary add on card

Received EPM today.
The welcome kit mentioned that add ons can be requested for family members above 12 years of age.
Has anyone applied and received?

Yes. Its easy. Just apply for plus card through imobile. Do the vkyc. That's it

I already have LTF Sapphiro (7L, 5 years old, I don't remember how I got it LTF) and a wealth account (its not my salary account, I never kept anything more than 10k in this account, but it is wealth for whatever reason).

I reached out to my corporate account manager, he asked for salary details and related docs (salary slip, ITRs etc). No CIBIL hit. Once he had the details, he took the approval from state head, which was received in 3 hours. I received the card in iMobile the next day. Physical card in 2 days.
