ICICI Credit Card ICICI Credit card, application not showing in their tracking on website or iMobile

Hey folks,

recently my org did a tie up with ICICI and I saw that I was offered Sapphiro LTF on their site so I applied for it, issue is despite having received a tracking number and completed vKYC, whenever I try to look up the application number on their site/toll-free number, it just says number doesnt exist, and when I downloaded iMobile, it didnt show any application number too.

I mailed CC today and they said that the card has been approved, but I havent received any details about it, no limit, whether its ltf or not, nothing, just an email reply from their customer care showing its been approved and its not even reflecting on iMobile as well.

How do I verify whether the card is ltf or not?

When you get the card there will be letter with joining fees and annual fees etc.

did try this but no dice, I'll try waiting until the card is dispatched, but this is really weird, even with SBI, I got my card details on the spot even if my physical card was dispatched later

Card approval and underwriting for corporate tie up works differently

Dont worry, tracking is dysfunctional with icici. You will only get decline/dispatch, also it may take 10-30 days
