I want to change Finbooster creditcard to reserve card is it possible

Hello today I received finbooster card with 1L limit applied via bankbazaar app I want to change my card to reserve card is it possible and how can I change the card I called customer care they saying not possible like this. Any trick?

Not possible, Yes bank doesn't upgrade co-branded card in a core card.
