HSBC Credit Limit Enhancement Offer

Currently I hold HSBC Cashback card with a limit of Rs.1 lakh. I am now offered a limit of Rs.1.6 lakhs by HSBC. Should I accept it or wait for a better CLE
Please provide your guidance on this.

I saw LE offer on HSBC mobile app from 1L to 6.28 L accepted it, it's been more than a week now still the limit hasn't got increased 😄

Same for me. Earlier I had 6L and opted to increase 9L. But it got decreased to 1.42L. Today morning, contacted customer care. They said it's technical issue in their side and asked me to wait for 72 hours to restore old limit. Let's see

I checked now, the limit has been restored on the card. Not going to ask for any LE anymore. 😵

When I saw it in app, I clicked on know more and then it vanished. Later I sent 2-3 sms on 575750 with CLI. But no changes reflecting yet. Called customer care in morning, they said limit increase is available and u will get a call within 24 hrs. But no call received. No idea what are they doing.

Guys which app do you use to manage HSBC credit card? Recently HSBC visa platinum cc was approved to me, how can i see the card limit and digital card as the card has not been delivered to me yet?

The regular HSBC India app, download and register using PAN Card and other details, post that you will be able to see the card.
