How to waive of SBI creditcard charges

I have a SBI simply save credit card which has the limit of 10000 I got this card more than 2 years and it's my first card. Later I got this card I got few other cards which are not free but they are wave more beneficial to me and I am using them a lot.
Main actual query here is:
Is there any way I can get the annual charges free waiver on this card or get it lifetime free?

Also please let me know if it's good or not to cancel this card if I didn't get any fee waiver or ltf conversion?
Note: I'm not using it because of the lower limit and no benefit.

You can ask for fee waiver and LTF convert thru custom care. They can help you to get either one of them.

Raise card closure request from SBI Card App
You will receive a call from the Sbicard retention team, they will waive off your annual fee charges
