How to take max compensation from Hdfc life .

u went to Bbq bcoz u had high bilirubin.. LOL.. that was really funny...

No after seeing normal report to relax & eat whatever I want to

I applied for hdfc term life 1 Cr via POLICY bazar.
It got rejected because they said my bilirubin was High ( damaged liver )
I took 2 check up following this and my liver was perfectly fine .

Now I had to spend money doing checkup and was fugging scared what if I m gonna die or wot.
Or is it jaundice ( peelia ) .

Today I recieved mail from hdfc saying it was negligence form their end and my report was fine .
And I can apply for new insurance..

Now tell me how to fugg hdfc life for this bloody experience and wasting 2-3 days .

The additional cost you had to bear is their mistake, & they are liable to give it to you..

but legally agony has specific definition. This is not a extreme enough case especially considering you profession & access to health care. Plus they turn around pretty fast. So may be few thousands is possible. Anything above 10K is highly unlikely.

They always do, be it any term insurance company, a lot of scrutiny because most people tend to purchase this when there is impending risk of life, they look it that way tbh. In your case it seems being non-metro city (if I am not wrong) and third-party diagnostic test centre's fault. However you can ask for compensation, they might relax the amount in the premium charged,

There was executive+ doctor both sitting beside
Called from personal number

Once again accepted their fault &
They were trying to compensate

With full body check up at best hospital ( where ever I choose in next 6 MONTH)

They will send me package to choose from



I said I m open to this option & didn't said..this is what I want ..

how many checkups you will do within 1 yr? being a young person i dont see its value, as you already had all done for the insurance.

i wouldve asked for refund of the tests at least, if they dont accept, as a last resort ill accept full body checkups for all of my family as compensation.

Got approximately equal to 5-7 k worth of tests ! At reputed hospital in patna

Earlier it was for me but I urged them for my mother ..

It's a complete body check up..which we wanted to do
Hence money saved .
